Actually pwedeng preamp din yan, but need to use Lundahl transformers for best results. Yung Lundahl eh di hamak na mas mahal dyan sa kit kasama tubes. Pero wag ka magtaka, may paparating na Lundahl I R&D ko pa.

O di ba sulit sa investment? Headphone amp, power amp, and soon pre amp in one

raffy, yes i will give you gino's chassis to you per his instructions. from there bahala na kayo magusap.

guys, a note on the chassis-

since it is aluminum, it becomes a heatsink for the tubes and power transformer heat dissipation. so it will become warm in an environment with no airconditioning and no fan. i suggest that you use the bottom plate (the one with ventilation grill) as the top plate but you might say that aesthetically it is not the best. it's your call. mine is configured to use the ventilated plate as the bottom plate, but the power transformer will be sitting there, which can block ventilation.
